Here's a blast from the past !! I have just found out that my great great grandfather William Wallace of Clarendon Park area Leicester was a member of The Caledonian Society in Leicester around 1870? He purchased a booksellers and stationery business in Granby Street Leicester at this time having moved up from London and lived in Clarendon Park Road at Fairford House (possibly Fairfield House). Can anyone in your society enlighten me with your history and maybe any info about my family !!! Thank you Barry Wallace
